This is how it works---

In order for your REALTOR to assist you with your new home purchase, your initial contact with the BUILDER must be made through your REALTOR.

We must accompany you to the Showhomes and introduce you to the Builder or Builder's Sales Representative in person, complete a registration form and confirm all details of the cooperation.
